Found the podcast searching randomly for decent medical podcasts in itunes. Love the clinical vignettes and the anecdotal preambles. Suggested topics:(1) peripheral neuropathy / myopathies (probably too broad), (2) the acutely confused patient (3) a review of the DMARDs (4) discussion of the management of an interesting case (of the week/month) (5) more drug "stories" (such as the valproate, digoxin stuff).
By the way if the noise you're trying to get rid of is what sounds like a mouse clicking, I can still hear it despite the pop-filter you mention - I don't find it particularly distracting.
I'm studying for finals and I'd just like to say that the podcast has been a really good resource over the year (especially the drug talks-digoxin, warfarin, valproate). More please!
